How to kill your dreams as a student First Phase : Complete your 12th or graduation and join some coaching institute with having a dream of government job Now you should know these facts -every year approx 8000000 students complete their education full. -approx available government jobs by state or central government is around 5 lakh every year. -age limit for participating in exams for government jobs is upto 40 years. -so there many students who are waiting for their turn to get a government job. -even if you get selected for a government job now you don’t know how much time you have to wait for the real joining or sometimes we have seen stay-on many vacancies so again you don’t know when you will get the job. Meanwhile your family wants or by your personal choice or because of some other issues people joins a private job to maintain basic livelihoods and because of that they are not able to focus either on exams or on the private job in the result is you normally do not get a job in government sector and very slow growth in private job in maximum cases. Second Phase : Complete your 12th get a good college and go for some so-called branded course but because of poor quality of training and irrelevant training system you will be not eligible again for a good job. Now you should also know these facts. -sometimes you join a fancy course just because many of your friends or relatives are doing the same for example India needs only 35000 MBA’s every year but we are producing more than 300000 MBA’s. -many corporates have commented on worst situation of Engineering and said that more than 90% engineers are not fit for the right job. -entrepreneurship program is being delivered by employees in many colleges. -the person who is teaching accounts has never seen original books of any company or corporate in maximum cases. -it is a sad fact in many colleges and Universities that your marks will be based on number of pages you have filled in your exam’s notebook and the main exam. – now because of the family pressure or can say societie’s pressure will force you to join a basic job of 10000 to 15000 rupees in tier 3 cities and 15000 to 20000 rupees in metros. – before you get a good hike in your salary your family wants you to get married. Third Phase : – basic life cost for a couple in tier 3 cities is around 5000 to 7000 Rupees and in metros it is more than 10000 – if you are living in a rented house you need extra 5000 to 10000 rupees. -if you want that your kids should go in a good school you will need approximately 30000 rupees to 70000 rupees for a year in the preschool section. -if you plan to have two kids you need at least 150000 to 200000 rupees for your kids education every year -if you want to buy a basic car on EMI model you need extra 7 to 12000 rupees every month that means 84000 to 144000 rupees extra every year. -if you want to have dinner with your wife or kids twice in a month and some hotel or restaurant you need 25000 to 40000 rupees extra every year -if you want to have a basic term insurance and a basic health insurance for you, your wife and your kids you need extra 20000 to 25000 rupees every year. -above mentioned details are very basics I am not talking about anything premium, and for that you need at least 3 to 4 lakh rupees every year inverse situation in 5 to 6 lakh rupees for normal situation and even in that money you will be not able to save any good amount of rupees in your savings fund. Fourth Phase : Now you know that you need at least 3 to 6 lakh rupees every year and you have decided to join a job of package of around 120000 rupees to 250000 rupees so how you are going to manage. Isn’t it a perfect strategy to kill the maximum dreams in maximum cases ? YES, It Is. From above statements maximum people can understand that we really need to stop wasting hard earned money of our parents and stop following the crowd, It’s high time to get scared as soon as possible at least in three to four different dimensions. BOSS v/s LEADER The key to the success of any company or organization is the leader who assists his employees and pushes them in the right direction. Good quality of leadership motivates employees to do better. A leader and a boss can be the same thing or two different things depending on the qualities that a person has. However, there is a major difference between a leader and a boss: Nature and position of Boss and Leader: A boss is who runs an organization. He is the man to whom employees report and are supervised. He keeps control over the employee; gives orders and assigns duties to the employees. On the other hand, a leader is who supports and encourages his team and works continuously to achieve the goal. The Boss says go but the leader says let’s go: A boss pushes employees to complete their work whereas a leader is who teaches the employee how to do your work on time. The leader is respected for his work but Boss for its authority: A leader has followers, not employees. People give respect to leaders for his good quality of leadership and character and on the other side, a boss gains respect due to his authority. Boss is always profit-oriented not people-oriented: A leader is people-oriented, fixes the breakdown and identifies what is wrong, and never blame employees for any loss. Boss totally runs in the opposite direction of a leader, he only thinks about his profit or loss and not the employees. The difference between these two is about the vision through which people see them. If the boss is not strict with his employees to get the work done from them they will become lazy and start fooling him. On the contrary, being a leader you have to be a good listener and influencer first, as you have to play a supporting role to boost the morale of the followers from time to time.

CBSE एवं लगभग सभी State Boards के रिजल्ट्स आ चुके हैं या आने वाले है ऐसे में युवाओं को सबसे बड़ा सवाल और पैरेंट्स की सबसे बड़ी टेंशन होती है, आगे क्या? आखिर यह सबसे महत्वपूर्ण निर्णयों मे से एक होता है जो अक्सर जीवाल के आगे की दशा ओर दिशा दोनों तय करता है और इन्ही सब के बीच लगभग सभी इंस्टीट्यूट / कॉलेज अपने कोर्सेज की तरफ बच्चों को आकर्षित करने मे लगे हुए रहते है तो असमंजस की स्थिति ओर बढ़ जाती है ऐसे, ऐसे मे कैसे निर्णय लिया जाए । कुछ बड़े एवं कॉमन सवालों के जवाब में यहा दें की कोशिश कर रहा हूँ और इस ब्लॉग मे लिखा हुआ सब कुछ पूर्ण रूप से मेरी अपनी राय है, निर्णय आपको ही करना है ! कौनसा करियर चुने? वैसे तो कोई कॅरियर ऑप्शन खराब नहीं होता है लेकिन आपकी रुचि उस में नहीं है और क्योंकि बहुत लोग कर रहे है इसलिए तो बिलकुल भी उस ऑप्शन का चुनाव न करें तो बेहतर होगा, धीरे धीरे रुचि जग जाएगी जैसे उदाहरण चुनिन्दा बच्चों के साथ ही काम करते है । सबसे पहले देखिये आपकी रुचि किसमे है और उस से संबन्धित कौनसे कोर्सेज उपलब्ध हैं, यदि आपको नहीं पता है तो किसी काउन्सलर या इंटरनेट की मदद ले लीजिये । सही Institute या College का चुनाव कैसे करें? आप जहां भी एड्मिशन लेना चाह रहे हैं, हो सके तो इंस्टीट्यूट के पुराने स्टूडेंट्स की सक्सेज के रिकॉर्ड्स देखने की जगह वहाँ के पढ़ाई के सिस्टम को और पढाने के तरीके का फीडबेक देखिये। सर्टिफिकेट ओर डिग्री से ज्यादा काम हमेशा आपकी नॉलेज आएगी, अगर आपके पास नॉलेज ओर स्किल्स है तो कोई रोक नहीं सकता है और सिर्फ डिग्री या सर्टिफिकेट है लेकिन नॉलेज नहीं तो आपका भला कोई कर नहीं सकता। कौनसा कोर्स करें, कैसे पता करें की आगे भविष्य सुरक्षित है या नहीं? जिन 5-10 कोर्सेज के नाम आपको पता है उनके अलावा सैंकड़ों कोर्सेज़ आज India में उपलब्ध हैं, रही बात भविष्य की तो कोई ऐसा कोर्स नहीं है जो वर्तमान में आपको जिंदगी भर की गारंटी दे दे लेकिन हाँ अगर आप समय के साथ खुद को Upgrade करते रहें तो यकीनन ज्यादा दिक्कत नहीं आयेगी सीखने की कोई उम्र नहीं होती है और यह जीवन भर चलना चाहिए बस माध्यम समय और उम्र के साथ बादल जाते हैं । क्या मुझे किस कॅरियर काउन्सलर की मदद लेनी चाहिए? अगर आप confident भी है तो राय लेने मे कुछ नहीं बिगड़ता शायद जिस नजर से आप चीजों को देखते है वो 100% सही नहीं हो सकती, Education जीवन का सबसे बड़ा और महत्वपूर्ण इनवेस्टमेंट होता है यदि कोई आपसे कुछ फीस लेकर आपको राय दे सकता है तो ले लेनी चाहिए बस पता कर लें की कहीं वो किसी कॉलेज / यूनिवर्सिटी विशेष के प्रतिनिधि तो नहीं हैं, कॅरियर काउंसलर्स की मदद कॉलेज चुनने के लिए नहीं कोर्स चुनने के लिए लेना चाहिए । क्योंकि कॉमर्स के बाद सिर्फ B Com, BBA या MBA एवं साइंस के बाद सिर्फ IIT, Engineering या Doctor बनना ही विकल्प नहीं है ढेरों विकल्प है ।उस कोर्स को चुनिये जहां आपकी रुचि हो, उस कोर्स को चुनिये जिसकी आने वाले समय मे डिमांड ज्यादा हो और कोर्स करने वालों की संख्या फिलहाल डिमांड से कम हो, और अगर रिजल्ट्स उम्मीद के हिसाब से ना आए तो याद रखना ये रिज़ल्टरूपी कागज के टुकड़े जिंदगी का Decision नहीं ले सकते । Book Your Career Counseling Available On Phone Pan INDIA, Face To Face Meetings Only In UDAIPUR After Booking Our Team Will Contact You To Fix The Appointment!
